Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt Therapy emphasises personal responsibility and focuses on the individuals experience and patterns as they play out in the present moment and in the ‘here-and-now’ therapist-client relationship.  Gestalt Therapy also explores environmental and social contexts of a person’s life and the self-regulating adjustments people make as a result of their situations.
