Existential Therapy is primarily concerned with exploring the problem of existence and inquiry into the meaning of ‘Being’.  At the heart of Existential philosophy and psychotherapy are some key underlying principles: The inevitability of death, the creation of meaning in our lives, and how our relationships and interactions with others influence our sense of ‘Self’ and our place in the world.  It is also concerned with the notions of existential freedom and responsibility, isolation, loneliness and human angst.

‘Existential Philosophers’ is a group for those among us who appreciate the value of deep reflection and inquiry into the human condition and the meaning of existence and ‘Being’. It is a call to the luminaries, visionaries, revolutionaries, seekers and soul searchers to come together and ponder life’s mysteries and the meaning and purpose of our life and human existence in the context of your own personal journey, relationships and self-understanding. It draws on an interpersonal group dynamic process and creative arts therapy to deeply explore and create meaning from our explorations.
